Corporate Governance

Corporate Governance is the art of finding the best way of combining Shareholders' expectations of return on investment with Directors' responsibility to ensure sustainability and Managers' profitability targets, at the same time as seeking to maximise the effectiveness of relationships with the business's other Stakeholders.

Return on investments

Shareholder's meeting

Board of Directors

Executive Committee

AD-HOC committee

Other Stakeholders

Each of these players acts in the company's interests through specific management bodies, namely the Shareholders' Meeting, the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.

Tomorrow Now acts as a professional independent Director, providing expertise that all Stakeholders have the right to expect from the Board of Directors.

In this capacity, Tomorrow Now seeks to reconcile the goals of strategy and control with an entrepreneurial vision. The fact that it is "independent" - i.e. neither a shareholder nor part of the executive management - gives Tomorrow Now a highly specific status in terms of its ability to add value by contributing in a way that complements the "in-house culture".
